Membership Dues

GAMFT membership levels (and associated fees) are connected to your level of AAMFT membership.

  • Professional member = $95 annually

  • Student member = $9 annually

Your Dues Make a Difference

GAMFT is led by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to supporting both the organization and Marriage and Family Therapists in Georgia. Membership dues directly fund our operations and advocacy work.

These funds cover essential costs like software (website, email, Zoom, Thinkific), a bookkeeper, legislative advocacy, and in-person event expenses. The Board meets quarterly to review and approve the budget, ensuring transparency and accountability.

A significant portion of our annual budget goes toward retaining our trusted lobbyist. Though often behind the scenes, advocacy work is vital to protecting and advancing MFT licensure in Georgia. Learn more about why we value investing in legislative advocacy.
